I am a fearless warrior in the kitchen, as long as it does not include touching meat – ew!

I am striving to eat a better diet to help with my PCOS and autoimmune issues. I experiment with gluten-free cooking, vegan cooking, high protein/low-carb cooking and smoothie blending. I know a lot of my readers are interested in how dietary changes can help infertility so I thought I would share some of my more successful culinary endeavors.
