I was bad this weekend. I ate poorly, I drank a bunch of wine Saturday afternoon with a girlfriend, I did not exercise, I went shopping for new clothing and broke my vow to live simply. I did not complete anything on my to-do list. I did not prepare a wonderful PCOS-friendly meal to share with you all.
I’ma shamed to say that it felt GOOD to act like a normal person for a weekend. It felt good to put TTC on a shelf and enjoy the moment. Now if I could only shake this guilty feeling.
