Thinking: About Herman over at Hands On Bowie who had to make the heartbreaking decision to put an aged cat down. The kind decision, no doubt, but still so so sad.
Craving: Trader Joes Canned Smoked Trout. I have been trying to eat more fish as part of my BRB (Baby Ready Body) plan and y’all, I can’t get enough of this stuff. It is absolutely delicious and only slightly resembles cat food!
Loving: My new Moving Comfort Vero Sports Bra. As a card-carrying member of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee, finding sports bras that fit and don’t make me look like an 11 year-old boy can be challenging. Moving Comfort actually has several bras made specifically for the less well-endowed woman and the few I have purchased are great. This one I got a few weeks ago and it is by far the best sports bra ever. Love.
Anticipating: My four doctor appointments next week – a checkup with my Rheumatologist (please let me be cleared for another FET), meetings with two perspective new infertility clinics in Cincinnati (please offer tender loving care AND be affordable-ish), and then a visit with a dermatologist (please let all these bumps and moles that have popped up in the last year not be cancer).
Dreaming: About our holiday trip that we have started planning. This year we will celebrate Christmas early with our families in Lexington and then Mr. Husband and I will fly out to Vegas to start an adventure through the desert and into California, hopefully stopping to meet plenty of bloggers along the way! More details on our journey to come…
Missing: My bike. I’m having to take a week away from the bike to let some pulled muscles heal. I can’t wait to peddle again!
Drinking: A decaf soy latte even though it is NOT in my diet plan!
Planning: A 7 Day Cleanse for next week. (Anyone want to join?)
What are you currently ____ing?
Oooh, I might like to join in with the cleanse. I am also on the get my body baby ready train.
Oh goodie! I’ll post about it tomorrow!
Hoping: That 9:50 comes quickly because I will have touched down in Chicago and get to see my husband after a long three weeks apart!
Oh good one! I hope 9:50 comes quickly for you, too!
Currently worrying about all the things out of my control 🙂 But your trip to Vegas made me smile…I LOVE Vegas. Find as many cheap blackjack tables as you can and go see the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon if you can.
Less worrying! Everything is going to be ok, I promise. ((big hugs))
Actually, Vegas is just our starting off point. We plan to travel through all these small, strange rural Nevada and California towns and take photos, meet interesting people, stop somewhere so Mr. Husband can ski and I can snowshoe, etc. Honestly, the only reason I nominated flying into Vegas was because we can see my bloggie friend there and I know where a Whole Foods is to stock up on food for the trip! 🙂
You should come up to NorCal and I’ll snowshoe with you!! 🙂
Oh I would love too! If plans change and we do North Cal again this year I’ll be sure to let you know! We do have very dear family in Mill Valley whom we visit regularly. I’ll let you know the next time we are there and perhaps we can rendezvous!
awesome. 🙂
I loooooooooove this, Belle! Sorry, though, no cleanse for me. I tried a 7-day one before, but since I am normally backed way up, the first day I was running to the bathroom like crazy. It worked, but running to the bathroom to do that type of business several times during my workday doesn’t work for me. 😦
Good luck and I hope you feel a ton better!!
That’s a whole lot _______ing going on 🙂 I am intrigued by this cleanse…do you have details? It will be right before I ovulate so I don’t want to screw anything up.
Details posted. It’s really just simple clean eating/no wheat/no sugar so it should be just fine to do prior to ovulation and you can change it up however you feel is best!
Slacking – and reading blogs instead of working :). Trip sounds fantastic, nothing like vacation planning to lift you up!
Lol! I seem to always be slacking and reading blogs lately. You are in good slacky company 🙂
Currently praying: that my mother’s surgery went well today.
I’m interested in the cleanse. It’s probably something I should do since I’ve been eating absolute crap lately.
I have been praying for her too. Do let me know how she is. xoxo
Raging, against two “friends” who think, despite a total lack of real life support, they can tell me what I can and can’t write in my blog!!!! Umm… Just don’t read it!
Douche bags! All of them! 🙂
I love this idea – do you mind if I plagerise? I will of course quote you and put a link to your blog….
Yay! I’m glad I inspired!
