She’s here. Not only do I have ridonkulous cramps and period poops, I also have a hangover from too much wine last night.

On a happier note: we picked up our order of chickens from Good Life Ranch yesterday! I’m super excited to get cooking 🙂

Now off to feed this weekend’s cat sitting charges and take a hike with the Professor. Because hiking when you are bleeding like a stuck pig and hung over is a good idea? Maybe I’ll hike to the couch instead…

I am literally in the exact same position as you. AF arrived this morning, accompanied with monstrous cramps and period poops. I, too, am hungover from too much wine (and beer) last night. We’re not hiking today, but we are headed downtown to Oktoberfest, which is practically like hiking when you consider the parking situation.

Here’s to a new dawn and a new cycle!

Whether you choose nature or nurture (as in, couch), I hope it brings you a moment of peace. Feel better, and a very new welcome to your new flock. (If a group is chickens really is such?)

Just started my new cycle, too! I smell another POAS challenge in another couple weeks… erm, well, maybe “smell” isn’t the right word. You know what I mean. 🙂

Ugh, hiking with cramps. Enjoy your chickens though! I’m making lemon garlic chicken tonight.

So sorry AF is not treating you very well!! I thinking hiking to the couch sounds like a good idea if you were able to!! Hope you enjoyed cooking!
