Yesterday was another amazing day in NYC. I know these warm fall days are few so rather than clean and bake Sabine and I headed out to take a mother-daughter hike at Rockefeller State Park Preserve. I am working my way through all the trails here this month. Yesterday we did the 13 Bridges trail and a few connectors. It was stunning!
There were 13 cute little bridges. We counted each of them!
We stopped for a pouch snack. Mmm prunes in the woods.
We visited a big leaf.
We stopped for some exercise.
We played with some rocks.
We inspected a big tree.
And then chose a big dangerous stick to wave around like a mad woman.
We took some selfies and mama realized she needs to actually use the wrinkle cream in her bathroom.
We finished off the day with a very hilarious trip to the grocery store. Seriously, this kid laughed like a maniac the entire time!
What did you do this weekend?
